Find an energy auditor and/or licensed contractor to identify projects that are eligible for financing and that result in energy and/or water savings

2 Apply for financing

The application is simple and we will help you throughout the process. You may select your own financing partner, or use qualified lenders listed on our website.

3 Get funding and install projects

Once your application is approved, you will provide required documents and sign contracts with lender(s). At this point, you may begin installation and draw upon the funding

4 Make payments through extended period

You will repay the financed amount as a line item on your property taxes over the course of up to 25 years. If you sell the property, the lien will be passed to the new owner
